Welcome to the Flea Free Canada refund and return policy, where you’ll find everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and replacements for our natural flea treatment products. At Flea Free Canada, your satisfaction and your pet’s health are our top priorities.

Overview of the Flea Free Canada Refund and Return Policy
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
If more than 30 days have passed since your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept items that have been opened or used, due to health and safety standards.
Non-Returnable Items
As our Flea Free liquid supplement is a consumable product, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially used bottles.
Other non-returnable items include:

Any product not in its original condition

Items damaged after delivery

Returns sent more than 30 days after purchase
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Refunds and Returns for Flea Free Canada Products
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notifying you that we have received your item. We will also confirm whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 banking days after the return is confirmed.
If you haven’t received your refund after that period:

Check your bank or credit card account again.

Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank — processing delays are common.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned products without tracking.
